I’m looking forward to attending HIMSS for my second year. I met so many terrific woman last year at the many events and the inaugural Women in HIT reception. I thought I’d put together a list of what is going on this year that would be easy to print and bring along.  Hope you find this helpful.

IBM CEO Ginni Rommety will kick off content for Women in Health IT for HIMSS.  She is a champion of women’s careers at IBM. Rometty started her career with IBM in 1981 in Detroit, Michigan. Prior to becoming CEO she has been in many leadership positions in IBM, most recently as Senior Vice President and Group Executive, IBM Sales, Marketing and Strategy.
